1. Agreement to These Terms

2. Our Services
SoftnoveX is a software and AI services company. Our core service lines are Web Development, Mobile App Development, AI Automation, SEO, and Digital Marketing. Detailed scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for a specific engagement are agreed in a separate proposal or statement of work between you (the "Client") and us — those documents take precedence over these Terms where they differ.
3. Quotes & Proposals
Quotes and proposals we provide are valid for the period stated in the document and are based on the scope described there. Changes to scope may affect price and timeline, and will be agreed with the Client in writing before work proceeds.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the access needed (accounts, content, approvals) for us to complete the work. Delays caused by missing feedback or access may adjust delivery dates accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for a deliverable, ownership of the custom work created specifically for that Client (final code, designs, and content authored for the project) transfers to the Client. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and internal know-how we bring to the work, and grant the Client a perpetual license to use the deliverables for their business. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. Acceptable Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse this website — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping its content at scale, or using it to distribute malware. Our AI chat assistant is provided for information and general assistance; it is not a substitute for a written proposal or professional advice.
7. Content on Our Website & Blog
Website content, blog articles, and case studies are provided for general information. We work to keep them accurate, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Blog content reflects our views and experience at the time of writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
