3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; send the newsletter you subscribed to; improve and troubleshoot our website and services; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

To run this website we work with a small number of processors, each bound by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage for our website content and forms.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery for this website.
• Resend — sending transactional emails (such as replies to your enquiries and the newsletter).
• Google Gemini (via the AI SDK) — powering our AI chat assistant. Messages you send to the chat may be processed by this service to generate a reply.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website uses minimal local storage and cookies, primarily to remember your session (for example, when you log in to the admin area) and your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6. How Long We Keep Data

We keep enquiry, subscriber, and chat records only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active systems and request the same from our processors where applicable.
